Catching Up...
Man, I have a lot of catching up to do! But first, I want to quickly report that I bought some new workout clothes in a size MEDIUM! Go me, go me! I tried on the large pair of pants and they practically fell off me and the large shirt was super baggy. It's so nice to see all the hard work paying off.

yea, that is awesome! i remember the first time I bought a "L" shirt for the first time in years. I had been in 2XL for so long! It's like, a regular size?

Fantastic - I know what you mean - I still have a ways to go but I have gone from 3X to 1X in pants and it is a wonderful feeling.
